Each Personalised Cutting Board has been carved from one piece of olive wood, which is a very beautiful and very hard wood. Every piece is completely unique with stunning grain patterns, colour and a rustic, organic bottom edge. Hand finished with an odorless and flavourless, organic oil.

In yet another step in our sustainability and eco-friendly mission, we now work with the tree planting charities, Greenspark and the Eden Reforestation Projects, whose mission is to combat worldwide deforestation by employing local communities to plant trees, providing an empowering means to alleviate extreme poverty through environmental stewardship.
We will also enclose a leaflet crafted from recycled paper containing the above message. This leaflet serves to demonstrate your and our commitment to addressing worldwide environmental concerns and highlights the conscious choice you've made in support of this cause to your gift recipient.
We only use wood from olive trees that no longer produce fruit and have been replaced by younger, more productive stock.
