We only use wood from very old olive trees that have come to the end of their natural fruiting life and have already been replaced with younger, more productive trees

not only do we use sustainably sourced olive wood, we are now a very proud official partner of the Eden Reforestation Projects where we now donate the cost of planting a new tree for every piece of olive wood we sell. That's a new tree for every board, utensil, coaster or even a single butter knife! This means that by purchasing this item you are planting a tree in one of the most poverty stricken and deforested areas of the planet!

Made from
Each board has been carved from a single piece of Italian olive wood, which is a very beautiful and very hard wood. Every piece is completely unique with stunning grain patterns and colour.

Care instructions
hand wash with hot, light soapy water. Treat often with olive, coconut or any other food grade oil. A care guide is included in with your board.
