We need the exact full Wi-Fi Name and Password in order to generate the QR Code and this needs to include any capitals, numbers and punctuation exactly as per the Wi-Fi Router.
A proof of the QR code will be sent to ensure this works but once this is sent, this is not eligible for a full refund.
