Italian 'Saddle' Leather

Also known as "Crazy Horse" Leather!

But what is 'Crazy Horse' Full Grain Leather?
The most important thing to remember - it isn't made from horses! The term 'Crazy Horse' leather is derived from the leather saddle industry. It can also be referred to as 'Saddle Leather' or 'Full Grain leather', but it is most certainly cowhide. It is the very soft, very durable, uppermost natural layer of the hide which has all the grain, hence the name 'Full Grain'.

This type of leather gets better with age where the distressed characteristics of this material add beautifully to an aged and vintage appearance over time.
