We only use wood from very old olive trees that have come to the end of their natural fruiting life and have already been replaced with younger, more productive trees.

7.9" x 5.5" x 0.8" (20cm x 14cm x 2cm) - Perfectly handy for chopping herbs, chilies, garlic, ginger, cheese, etc.

11.8" x 5.9" x 0.8" (30cm x 15cm x 2cm) - Great for serving cheese, chopping veg, and as above.

15.7" x 6.5" x 0.8" (40cm x 17cm x 2cm) - As above again....but looks great as a serving and presentation board on the dining table (main image)

19.7" x 7.9" x 0.8" (50cm x 20cm x 2cm) - As above, but large enough to serve as a Charcuterie board (gift boxes are not available for this size option).
